Working closely with Colleagues worldwide and from all different specialties brings a global view to my everyday projects. Human Resources Manager

“What excites me most about my job is that no two days at RVU ever feel the same. I really enjoy the variety and the challenges that come with it—it keeps me engaged and always learning. One of the best parts, though, is the people. I feel lucky to work alongside such talented, kind, and supportive individuals who are always willing to share their knowledge and help me grow.”

Hope Falk

Hope Falk

Communications Manager

As a Communications Manager, I help institutions tell their stories. My work is about taking the real human experiences within a university — students discovering their path, faculty breaking new ground, and alumni giving back — and transforming them into stories that highlight who we are and what we stand for. With prospective students trying to decide where to invest years of their lives, with alumni who want to stay connected to something meaningful, and with the faculty and staff who show up every day to move the institution forward. A well-told story doesn’t just inform; it creates a sense of belonging. And I get to do that every day.

Working in UNITED has afforded me the opportunity to expand my professional skill set as well as deepen my understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.”

“I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects alongside very intelligent professionals. The information and intelligence that my team and I provide feels purposeful and impactful. What we do matters to the business, it’s employees and our students. I’m proud to be part of MGE and the work we do because we provide medical professionals into the world and also give students a pathway to achieve what they have worked hard for.”
